Based on the true-life experiences of Dave Fishwick (Rory Kinnear); Bank of Dave tells the story of how a working class Burnley man and self-made millionaire fought to set up a community bank. Dave Fishwick started Burnley Savings and Loans, also known as the 'Bank of Dave,' after railing against many banks in the wake of the 2007 financial crisis.
