James Massiah was commissioned by CIRCA (Cultural Institute of Radical Contemporary Arts) to write the poem 'Sea Song' to commemorate 75 years since HMT Empire Windrush arrived in the UK. The poem was broadcast on the Piccadilly Circus screens to mark Windrush Day.
