The new BBC crime drama tells the story of the planning, execution and aftermath of the infamous Brink's-Mat robbery that saw £26 million worth of gold stolen. The break-in at the Brink's-Mat warehouse on the Heathrow International Trading Estate in 1983 started as a ‘typical Old Kent Road armed robbery’ but soon became something much bigger. The six-part series starts at 9pm on Sunday 12th February on BBC One.
