At The Game Awards in Los Angeles, Amazon Game Studios and Crystal Dynamics formally unveiled two forthcoming entries in the acclaimed Tomb Raider franchise, slated for release in 2026 and 2027. The announcements introduced Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis, a modern reimagining of Lara Croft's seminal 1996 debut, and Tomb Raider Catalyst, an expansive new chapter set across Northern India. Both titles are being powered by Unreal Engine 5, promising significant technical and artistic advancements as the series enters its next era.

A central focus of the reveal was the confirmation that British actress Alix Wilton Regan will voice Lara Croft across both games. Alix brings a distinguished resume in performance and voice acting. Her involvement signals a deliberate return to a charismatic and assured interpretation of the character, one that aligns with the franchise's earlier portrayals while offering new emotional nuance.

With both titles scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam, players can look forward to a new era shaped not only by technical innovation but also by the enduring appeal of a heroine voiced with precision and authority.
