A composer and musical director.
Tim has spent his life working in theatre & music. He performed his own comic songs for the Cambridge Footlights and now works as a Musical Director & Composer, often performing in the shows he directs. He is the composer of music for the RSC and many other theatre companies. He was the Musical Director for the 10th anniversary UK tour of War Horse, and is working on his own new musical, Victory with playwright Juliet Gilkes Romero.
Tim is also an Associate of the Inner Magic Circle of Great Britain.

Tim Sutton, who has written songs for all three seasons of Alexei Sayle’s Imaginary Sandwich Bar on BBC Radio 4, is making his debut on The Now Show this Friday at 6:30pm, with a song which imagines Joni Mitchell following Bob Dylan’s lead and releasing a song for our times.
